Our use of YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services in a private internal tool. The tool does one job: it uploads videos we made to our own YouTube channel as private and schedules a time for them to go public. The channel owner reviews every video in YouTube Studio before it is published. The tool is not offered to anyone else.
- The tool only works with our own channel. It does not read, collect or store any data about YouTube viewers or other users.
- To upload, the tool needs a one-time authorization from the channel owner (an OAuth token). That token is stored securely on our own systems and is never shared with or sold to any third party.
- Use of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access and deleting data
- You can revoke our tool's access to a YouTube account at any time from the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked, the tool can no longer upload.
- To ask us to delete any data we hold, including any authorization token stored through YouTube API Services, email [email protected]. We will delete it within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.
